I ordered a pair of trousers a few weeks ago, but already they are completely bobbled and washed out.

Look like a 10 year old pair of trousers already.

When I sent them a message they said it is down to wear and tear (true, but it shouldn’t wear out so quickly).

I don’t do any sort of skating/building/diy, this was from normal use.

I would not buy from Dickies again.

Yall stopped selling my uniform shirt 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️ no Bueno.

Bought a pair of WD814 black trousers last year.

Within 6-months, they had faded to to a dirty looking brown colour.

What I did like though, were the zipped pockets to keep everything secure.

The so-called replacement for the now obsolete WD814 trousers is something called Action Flex.

First thing to see is all the useful zipped pockets have gone and exactly what the Action and Flex bit is all about remains to be seen.

Another once good company resorting to buying in stuff from somewhere a long way away.

I have worn Dickies Relaxed Fit 13" shorts for several years. Outstanding Fit, Quality and durability, not to mention comfort. I will never wear any other shorts.

I made (with the benefit of hindsight) the mistake of ordering something from them and now I get no fewer than one junk E-mail from them daily (at least two today) even though I do not recall opting in to their E-mail list and also despite perhaps half a dozen E-mails to their customer service department telling them I did not wish to hear from them again.

The only reason I don't give them a 1 is because they did process a return of an item that did not fit me properly (not their fault, I need more leg room than most people).

This pathetic customer service rejected my review saying it didn't meet their guidelines. Some pathetic manager of theirs he thinks this is Russia! They ONLY want the good reviews! Will never ever order anything from this ......!

I ordered carpenter pants which are not easy to find. They arrived in 2 days via Purolator to my remote location and they fit perfectly. Thanks Dickies!

I always had good luck with Dickies workpants. The last 2 pair I bought my luck ran out. The pockets wore out pretty fast. Never had this problem before. They must be using a cheaper material. I guess I can continue to wear their work pants as long as I don't want to carry anything in my pockets.

Trousers aren’t what they used to be. Advertised as a 34 leg, yet the inseam measures 32.5 inches?

Have shrunk a further inch in the wash on 30 cold. Customer service skills are yet to be found - not covered under warranty apparently.

4 washes and colour has faded to grey. Laughable - buy DeWalt or similar.

I am not sure what happened to Dickies clothes. I have worn their products for the last 10 years and when I went to purchase some new shirts, they no longer offer the button up, button down collar work shirts. They seem to have traded their nice dress work clothes for prison outfits. Their new clothing line is hideous!
